This session will showcase two distinct applications of the system, highlighting its versatility in both room temperature and cryogenic sample preparation.

The first presentation focuses on Volume EM, demonstrating how the AT module of the UC Enuity enables the precise preparation of serial ultrathin sections.

These sections can then be imaged using an SEM and analyzed using Aivia, Leica’s AI-powered image analysis platform, illustrating a fully integrated workflow from sectioning to visualization and quantification.

In the second part of the webinar, we shift focus to cryo-electron microscopy, where the Cryo UC Enuity, equipped with the M205 stereomicroscope, plays a key role in in-situ targeting under cryogenic conditions.

Used alongside the EM ICE high-pressure freezer and the STELLARIS Cryo confocal platform, this solution supports correlative imaging and targeting for cryo-electron tomography.
